High-quality, bespoke restaurant fitouts completed in a tight timeframe.
112 High Street is a prominent heritage building in Rangiora’s booming town centre retail strip. Our Canterbury Projects & Interiors team completed high quality fitouts for two of the ground floor hospitality tenants: Sushi Ya, a 245 square metre, 97 seat sushi bar and Vietnamese restaurant and Yoghurt Ya, an 80 square metre frozen yoghurt café.
The interior fitouts feature custom-designed joinery and high end finishes throughout. Our skilled carpentry team completed much of the manufacture and fabrication of the bespoke items on site, including parts for the spectacular 7 metre-long sushi train conveyor belt.
We managed to accommodate significant delays due to services and design modifications, completing the stunning fitouts in a tight 74-day programme.
